Does anybody do this? Have preferred seating in sections of your home bleachers that you charge extra for? We are considering doing this at Ithaca for a fundraiser, and I wondered if anyone else was...

Hackley does have a reserved section. Lowell does as well, and they announce it about every 5 minutes before the game... It gets kind of old after about the 20th time.

Number the individual seats in the stadium that you want to sell, print tickets that correspond with those seats, and advertise it. It would be up to you whether or not to sell them on a game by game...

It would be nice if the structure above the locker rooms was stable enough to house a set of bleachers on each side. Unless you are fortunate enough to get up to the railing, it is a waist of space...
